Such a welcoming place, with friendly staff. Especially Olive. Olive made us feel right at home too. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. The room is comfortable and has a clean feeling. The pool has a nice water feature and the outside sitting area is relaxing too. They have workout room is great too. It’s also within walking instances of shops and restaurants.
We stayed here just for leisure. It is a nice enough hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. There are tons of restaurants and breakfast places to walk to and other entertainment. I would stay here again for sure My only complaint would be that it could use some updating but otherwise a nice and comfortable stay!
Staff was nice and for the most part the hotel was good but the room had an incredibly strong mildew smell to it. Talked to some other people in my group and they had the same issue. Overall it was really good.
The suitcase dolly and toilet are super loud but the staff is unbelievably helpful and the floors are extra quiet. I don't know what it is but my stompy-boy wasn't even able to make a sound! It was great.
Rooms were cleen and people were nice. Had a good location. Plus it had free breakfast and wifi.
It's not often I rate things 5 stars. This hotel has definitely been the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was awesome and friendly, the breakfast buffet was very well made and fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The room never got warm as the ac worked great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It is close to the space center and about 45 minutes from downtown Houston. They're are plenty of restaurants nearby and different shopping centers.
Room 209. Service is nice and good but facilities are not up to standard even though it's recently remodeled. Finishings weren't done well with warped walls in shower, bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned while we stayed. Great breakfast options.
At first I thought these were going to be the longest 12 weeks of my life, but that isn't the case. Everyone was so welcoming! I had such a great experience, I will be sure to stop by and say hi in the future! I appreciate everything (being so welcoming but yet keeping it real). Thank you for helping me to grow. Much love to you all: J.J., Jerry, Billy, Ms. Ada and Joel!!
Bay area recovery center out patient was hands down one of the most significant and life changing parts of my recovery journey. Billy, Jerry, JJ and the rest of the staff are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Their approach and treatment plan is simple yet powerful. I enjoyed every group and have (by the grace of God) remained sober and free from the mire of addiction since I walked through the doors of bay area. Thank you guys for everything you do. True agents of God!!
they have the best prices in this area for self pay and the counselors really care for the clients
Bay Area recovery centers outpatient program was a life changing expieience. Their program is unlike anything I have ever gone through. Not only will they teach you how to recover from a. Seemingly hopeless disease, they will show you a way to live a happy and productive life wiitbout drugs or alcohol. They saved my life.
Wow! What an amazing place. I initially was there because of probation, but i can tell you by my second session i felt like i was at home with family. JJ, Jerry, Billy and Miss Ada make you feel like belong and welcome everyone with no judgement. What i thought was going to be a bad experience turned into a true blessing in my life. I appreciate the fact that i have a membership for life. I will be back.
This program has been a true blessing for me. Although I had to attend because of probation, I am just very uplifted by the work they do here. I will definitely be coming back.
If a you or a loved ones life depends on it please start here! My life changed here, all it takes is willingness and the rest is God!
My dad has been to several rehabs in the area. This place was very aggressive at getting my dad back to independence.
Best outpatient treatment counselors on the planet!
Mother was in several times at PAM. They were courteous, helpful and treated her very well.
Thanks Jerry, JJ, and Billy you guys are great. I never expected the insight and compassion that you showed . Just remembering all we discussed keeps me strong. Take that as my spiritual deposit for ever.
Been sober over 9 years and counting because of this place.
Great people, Great place. I believe Bay Area Recovery helped save my life and for that I'll be forever thankfull.
It was family; with many moving parts, without judgement. There was structure, love, support and compassion. The environment was safe and reassuring. Your activity and involvement is expected... The more you put into the program the more you get out of it. Most important to myself was the tools I learned to take with me in every moment of my life, so that I might live. THE STAFF was outstanding, as were the facilities and the grounds. It is a place of peace and love, a place of learning and growth, but mostly a rebirth of hope.
