Nice environment, good parking, and very polite staff
This organization is great! The facility and parking feel safe & very clean. The staff at the front desk are always courteous and helpful. They offer many amazing services, I have felt very welcomed. The only bad thing I can say is that in order to speak with anyone you must leave a message any time u call, they do call back within a day or 2, but if you miss their call you have to leave a message again and wait again a day or 2. It has taken me a week to finally speak with a person.
Great Entertainment
We were at a loss on how to help my husbands father. This place was such a blessing and God send for us. They helped him through each process. He is doing great now and we will forever be grateful.
A wonderful healing environment, solid whole-person treatment, and accommodating finance options for those who are ready to take a first step (or a next step) through a healing journey.
Changed my life for sure
I came across this place having done alot of research into substance abuse treatment centers here in the Houston area. I came across them through google and googlemaps (clicking on "people also search for"). And I think some of the places that the SAMHSA helpline recommended, also referred me as well. They were very helpful, and courteous, and were very receptive to helping me find a detox and treatment center that was right for me, given my history, employment, and financial status. I came here to have an assessment/interview, so that they could find the right treatment for my needs. Try to get here around 8 because they can only have so many clients, and its first come first serve. I waited a little while, but it was definitely worth it, for helping me get my life back on track. I really appreciate what these people are doing here. I really dont know what I would be doing if I didnt come across them. I recently lost my job because of health problems with my addiction, and am getting kicked out of my living arrangement with my parents. So everything is getting serious, and I came across them just in time. But I really really wanted it, and did about a weeks worth of research at the library computer. If you REALLY REALLY need help, there is help out there, but you have to find it, and put the work in yourself. They will also recommend and give you information on post-treatment help, like looking for work, sober living, shelters.....Good Luck to anyone else that is struggling with this insidious disease.! God Bless
A few years ago, this facility was a Godsend. If you have a willingness to change, then a blessing awaits you! We will help you. Some of the employers are addicts too. Phillip Cariello was a dedicated counselor there who also became my successful friend.
Wonderful place for recovery!!
LaToya was quite condescending and rude. I said never mind and hung up.
A Houston crown jewel
